Small Group Training
What to expect?
A small group training session that last 45 minutes. The class cycles through multiple stations in order to work out your whole body but does have a focus on TRX. Come and feel the burn!
What is TRX?
TRX uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
When are classes?
Monday & Wednesday 6:15pm-7:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday 10:15-11:00am
