Choose the membership plan that fits your routine: our flexible monthly option gives you the freedom to pay as you go and adjust when your schedule changes, while the annual plan offers a lower overall rate for committed users. Both packages grant unrestricted access to the gym during open hours so you can come and go on your own schedule, follow your personalized workout, and use equipment independently without class constraints or mandatory sessions. Whether you prefer the month-to-month convenience or the savings of a yearly commitment, you’ll have full control over how, when, and what you train.

Our classes are included with OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIPS but are also available as single sessions or multi-class packs for those that don’t want to join as a member.

Our classes are built for all levels: From beginners to seasoned athletes, classes scale intensity and technique so everyone progresses safely. They are Expert-led by certified instructors guide every class, focusing on form, efficiency, and measurable results.

Unlock results faster with customized one-on-one personal training. Our personalized training sessions provide One-on-one guidance from a certified trainer who adjusts form, intensity, and technique in real time to maximize results and reduce injury risk.

You’ll also benefit from Accountability and motivation: scheduled sessions plus ongoing check-ins that keep you consistent and on track.

Small group fitness training delivers the accountability and results of personal training with the energy and affordability of a group class.

Designed for 4–10 participants, these sessions combine expert coaching, structured programming, and personalized attention so you make faster, safer progress than you would on your own.
