In yoga, we recognize that there is a whole world of muscles, actions, and energy contained within our core beyond just our superficial abdominal muscles. Our core is a physical and an energetic space that can be strengthened with yoga postures, breath, and awareness. Yoga Core is a class that incorporates sequences of all three of these components to bring students into more core-generated alignment to improve safety and stability and facilitate transformation in the body and mind.

Take your cardio routine off the treadmill and into the aerobic room. No steps, no weights, no bars, no balls…Nothing but movement. This gentle and low impact class provides a great calorie-burning workout using a variety of fun and easy-to-follow cardio formats.
5:30 - 5:55 (C)
Nothing fancy here… Just 30 minutes of good old cycling led by an energizing instructor. All levels.
