Staying active during the physical changes of pregnancy can ease labor, delivery and postnatal recovery. Work with our certified prenatal and postnatal trainers – who are also moms! – to train during and after pregnancy. We’ll assess your fitness level, guide you through safe techniques to tone your prenatal body, and alleviate the discomforts of growing a baby.
After delivery, our trainers will help you regain mobility and strength. Your body may look better than before! And you can safely leave your baby at our no-cost childcare center while you train. PowerLady’s recovery training programs can help you recover from a variety of cosmetic surgical procedures. Once your physician clears you for normal activity post- surgery, our PowerLady trainers show you how to tone and strengthen the affected areas of your body. We’ll focus on reducing swelling, regaining range of motion and re-awakening joints and soft tissues. Bonus: Personal training can restore mood and well-being as well.
