More than ab-altering, this intense regiment gets right to the core of shape
shifting with a combination of body movements, lifts and drills that tighten
and strengthen. Core muscles stabilize your spine and pelvis, and run the
entire length of your torso. So expect equal parts abdominal, glutes and hip
concentration. After four weeks of this core-of-a-kind conditioning, you’ll feel,

PowerLEGS
Rod Stewart and ZZ Top sang lyrics about legs. We help you sculpt ‘em from hip
to ankle. For strong and shapely legs, this strength-training program focuses on the
four main groups of muscles in our legs: inner thighs, outer thighs, quadriceps and
hamstrings. Through a rigorous routine of lunges, squats, curls and calf raises, you’ll
walk (or leap) away looking leaner and…leg-tastic! |
