Our trainers have over a decade of experience with fitness. They bring a multitude of knowledge, talent and enthusiasm into creating a workout program for each individual client. Many of our trainers have been trained in a variety of fitness mediums such as; Pilates, Yoga, and Medicine ball. This level of cross training adds a deeper understanding of the human body and aids in developing a training program that is truly customized to each woman’s fitness level, health challenges and overall goals.

labor, delivery and
postnatal recovery. Our
certified prenatal and postnatal trainers, (who are
also moms!), will assess your fitness level, guide you
through safe techniques to tone your prenatal body,
and alleviate the discomforts of growing a baby.
Post-birth, our trainers can help you regain mobility, rebuild strength and return to your pre-baby bod (or better), all while your little love is doted up in our no-cost childcare center.
