Which Class is Right for Me?

| I want strong abs: | The Bottom Line, PowerBall, Ball Blaster, Pilates, Yoga |
| I want more flexibility: | Pilates, Yoga |
| I want to join the group, but don’t feel coordinated enough: | We encourage you to try any class and know that it is your time. Do what you can and step out when you need to. Please note that the following are classes that you would need knowledge of Step: Advanced Step, Step Interval, Cardio Interval and H.E.A.T. |
| I am a beginner to all types of exercise: | Yoga Stretch; Boogie, Ball & Balance; Zumba, Drill Team, Step/Sculpt; 20/20/20; PowerBall; The Bottom Line; Ball Blaster; Cardio Fusion; Yoga Flow; Basic Step; Beginner Circuit Please note that these classes are a good base to start with. Once you build some cardio & muscle strength you can safely and successfully try some of the other classes. |
Class Policies
- We encourage fellowship, but please refrain from distracting conversation in classes
- Please arrive to class a few minutes early
- No cell phones/texting please
- Bring water and a towel– we have everything else you need
- Please wear proper footwear
- Notify your instructor if you have any health considerations
- This is your class– work at your level and take breaks as needed
