20/20/20 This high-energy class combines cardio and strength training routines in 20-minute intervals to kick up the heart rate and tone muscles. All levels.
Advanced Step There’s no stopping here! This progressive class is comprised of advanced step choreography that will literally keep you on your toes. Advanced level.
Ball Blaster A class that is guaranteed to tone your body, improve your balance and make you sweat.  You will do drills using a physio ball along with weights and movement.
Basic Step New to step?  Learn essential form, techniques, and step lingo for an effective foundation in step. Beginner level. 
BellyDance Conditioning Something less 'routine' for your fitness routine! Bellydancing is fun, beautiful, and a great well-rounded workout.  This 45-minute class is designed for everyone-regardless of whether you've ever taken dance before.  Excellent for strength, posture, flexibility and confidence.  Uses the art of Bellydance as an alternative to traditional western exercise moves for cardio and toning set to exciting music.  A great low-impact workout!  Regular workout clothes and bare feet, socks, or slippers/dance-type shoes are all fine.
Body Defined This workout using bands, bars, weights and your own body weight is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire.
Body Sculpt Build strength and sculpt your physique using the step, weights, body bars, balls, resistance bands, and more!  This is an intense strength training class in a non-intimidating and fun setting. All levels.
Boogie, Ball and Balance Get down and have a ‘ball’ in this ‘balanced’ class! Designed to burn calories, invigorate and tone your body, and be fun in the process. This class incorporates 20 minute segments each of fusion, floor covering, full-body cardio movement; toning and strength using physio balls in simple drills and creative motion; then balance and stretch work incorporating core muscles and using body weight resistance. This type of workout builds lean yet strong and flexible muscles, is wonderful for coordination and balance, and surprising challenging. Suitable and adjustable for all fitness levels.
The Bottom Line An intense abdominal and glutes routine using weights and sculpting techniques to fine-tune the abs and glutes. Promotes toning, strength, endurance, and power. All levels.
Burn, Build & Bend Raise your heart rate, pump up the muscles, and then end with a relaxing stretch.
Cardio Dance Fusion Does your workout need some more 'wiggle' room?  This class is a heart-pumping mix of fun dance-movement styles from around the globe-blending Bellydance, Bangra/Bollywood, Jazz, and African influences-set to exciting music that makes you want to move.  Designed to make you sweat and smile!  All levels welcome and encouraged.
Cardio Fusion Take your cardio routine off the treadmill and into the aerobic room. No steps, no weights, no bars, no balls…Nothing but movement. Class provides a great calorie-burning workout using a variety of fun and easy-to-follow cardio formats. All levels.   
Cardio Interval Keep your body working with this interval training class that alternates step, short bursts of high-intensity exercise with longer intervals of strength training and recovery. Interval training builds all your muscles, including your heart! Advanced level.
Cardio & Condition A boot camp style class that includes cardiovascular, speed and endurance, strength training, body weight exercises, and versions of the military standard push-up and sit up! This class is simple and fun, but it’s not easy! All levels.
Core Express 30 minutes of focus on-you guessed it-your core muscles!  From all layers of abdominals to adjacent back stabilizer muscles, this class challenges, strengthens and stretches this all-important base to our strength, balance and tone.  All levels.
Cycle Express Nothing fancy here… Just 30 minutes of good old cycling lead by an energizing instructor. All levels.   
Cycle Fusion Group cycling class that often interweaves off-bike cardio drills to keep the heart rate up and keep the body guessing. All levels.
Drill Team Bootcamp style combination of cardio drills and strength exercises that will improve your control, concentration, flexibility, heart strength, and balance. Don’t let the word “bootcamp” scare you off! This class is for all levels . It ends at 9:45 and the 9:45 class is going to be called Body Defined-this workout using bands, bars, weights, and your own body weight is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire.
Girl Power No adults, puh-leeze!  This time is especially for girls, ages 6 through12.  Emphasis placed on learning about exercise for the right reasons and having fun while doing it.  Movements are based on basic cardio drills and use various exercises props (balls, jump ropes, etc.).  Class is held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30PM.  Additional fee applies.  Open to members and non-members.
Group Cycling A non-impact, high-intensity workout. Take an indoor bike tour to increase your fitness, challenge your body, and have fun with other riders. All levels welcome!
H.E.A.T. - High Endurance Athletic Training Involves a balanced blend of training from cardio, endurance, circuit, interval, step, and sport disciplines all combined into one class.
Hula Hooping A fun way to tone your entire body and blast away up to 600 calories per hour.  A great way to get a low impact, high cardio workout... while having fun!
Kick, Punch and Crunch Kick up your routine!  A cardiovascular workout using kickboxing techniques and choreography mixed with sports drills.  This class will not only make you work up a sweat, it promotes cardiovascular fitness and builds muscles in the legs, arms, and abs. All levels.
Nia A blend of dance and martial arts set intuitively to engaging music.  This fun and unique barefoot practice gently warms the body from within, bringing you to a cardio work-out, then ends with cooling stretches.  You will finish feeling relaxed yet rejuvenated!  Class is held the 2nd Friday of each month. 
Pilates This mat pilates class offers a total body workout that emphasizes body alignment to build muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. The overall focus of pilates is on the abdominal area (core), lower back, and hips to create a power center, enabling the rest of the body to move freely. All levels.
Powerball Express A quick hit that will guarantee tone, balance, and sweat! Is a combination of drills using a physio ball.
Power Yoga Take your yoga practice and your workout to a new level.  Class combines traditional yoga practice with light hand weights.  You don’t have to be an expert in yoga or weight training to join this class and feel its benefits – all bodies welcome and encouraged!
SereniTEA Yoga Nurture your body, mind, and spirit with this monthly yoga event.  This all levels experience opens the body and heart and leaves participants feeling rested and peaceful.  Stay after class for inspirational conversation over hot tea!  Class is held on the last Friday evening of each month at 6PM.
Step Interval A cross-training class that works the entire body with an intense circuit workout combining step, cardio, and weights.  Builds up endurance and strength for a total body blow out!  This class is for those who want to push themselves to a new level! Advanced level.
Step Sculpt A cardio class designed to help strengthen, tone and define muscles. Part cardio and part strength training, participants use the step, hand held weights, body bars, and other fitness props to sculpt and tone. Beginner level.
Super Step Interval Cardio and strength galore! This power-packed class includes advanced step combinations with strength and resistance training for a full body workout. Class varies and intervals may be used to boost cardio and muscular fitness. Leave this class feeling stronger and full of energy. Advanced levels.
Yoga Flow Based on the ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation.  Yoga flow uses breath work (pranayama), postures (asanas), and flowing movement (vinyasa) to energize your body, mind, and spirit while improving your overall sense of well-being.  Class is all levels; variations provided for beginners and long-time practitioners.
Yoga Stretch Gentle yoga class focusing on different yoga techniques to wake up the body, mind and spirit.  All-levels class and a great place for yoginis new to the mat. All levels.
Zumba Do you enjoy salsa, merengue and rumba? Spice up your work out and dance your way to fitness with a Zumba class.  Zumba is a unique combination of international and Latin dance moves and music that creates an exciting fitness system that is healthy and fun!
